Our approach
Training and HR that fit how you operate
Good people systems are simple enough to use every day: clear job descriptions, a consistent onboarding process, training checklists that do not depend on who happens to be working, and policies managers can actually apply.
For larger organizations, DDG designs training programs, competency pathways, and qualification systems. For growing small businesses, DDG can act as an outsourced HR resource: policies, handbook materials, hiring support, and day-to-day guidance for managers.
Experience behind it
Built at scale
As Director of Training and Development at Custom Truck One Source, Teddy developed and implemented the Service Technician Education Program (STEP), a structured five-tier technical development program, and supported technician training and development for more than 400 technicians across approximately 48 locations. He holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
Can DDG act as our HR department?
For growing small businesses, yes. DDG can serve as an outsourced HR resource: employee policies, handbook materials, job descriptions, hiring and onboarding support, employee relations, and practical guidance for managers.
Do you build technical training programs?
Yes. Teddy built the five-tier Service Technician Education Program (STEP) at Custom Truck One Source, along with foundational technical training such as Basic Electrical, and holds Certified Motorcycle Master Technician credentials.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. DDG provides practical HR guidance appropriate for a growing business. Policies such as compensation and tip distribution are developed subject to applicable legal requirements, and employment-law questions should go to qualified legal counsel.
